   This form is used to dispute gated facility parking charges or file formal complaints with the Parking Department regarding downtown parking facilities. Gated facility parking charges can include lost ticket fees, tailgating invoices and payment due invoices. Complete the online form below and your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate parking staff member. Please be advised that these form submissions are not monitored 24/7.
