2. Rules
   For one-family, two-family (duplexes), fraternities and sororities, the maximum number of resident permits that can be issued is three and the maximum number of guest permits that can be issued is two. For apartments, the maximum number of resident permits that can be issued is one and the maximum number of guest permits that can be issued is one. In all instances where a limit is established on the maximum number of permits available to any one address, permits will be issued by the City treasurer on a first come, first serve basis.
4. Tenants: Proof of signed lease or ownership is required to obtain permits. *

6. Landlords: One guest permit shall be available to non-resident owners of "affected property" who reside outside of the permit area.
