What does the Avondale Square site plan include?
The plan includes a total of 26 new houses and two parks, one in the middle of the block and one along Burcham Avenue in the north. Original designs called for a number of townhouses, clustered in the north and south.

The City has reworked these plans to detached the houses and currently, all the homes that are proposed to be built are detached, single-family homes. Each of the houses is accessed by an alley to the rear of the home, where the garages are located.
