During the fall months, the picnic pavilion and picnic tables are used on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.
Beginning January 2, 2023 inquiries can be made for reservations between May 1-August 31, 2023. To make a reservation for Patriarche Park's picnic pavilion, community members will submit an online reservation inquiry and a staff member will be in touch upon receiving the inquiry. To make a reservation for picnic tables in open areas in the park or to ask questions, call (517) 319-6944. Picnic Pavilion and Picnic Tables: Beginning Jan. 2 of each year, community members can reserve the picnic pavilion and picnic tables in open areas in Patriarche Park for the spring, summer and fall seasons (May 1 through the end of August). The full pavilion (24 tables, eight people per table) or half of the pavilion (12 tables, eight people per table) can be reserved all day (8 a.m.-9 p.m.) or for a half day (8 a.m.-2 p.m. or 3-9 p.m.). Pricing is as follows:
- Full pavilion/all day: $280
- Full pavilion/half day: $200
- Half pavilion/all day: $140
- Half pavilion/half day: $100
Those who reserve the picnic pavilion or picnic tables are responsible for cleaning up the areas they use, including any grills that are used (only City-provided grills can be used in the park). Please also keep the following park rules/ordinances in mind: no parking in the grass, no amplified sound/music, no tents/canopies, no shade structures, no staked signs, no open flames/chafing dishes and no food or gaming trucks.
