EAST LANSING, Mich. — Michigan State University and City of East Lansing officials will celebrate the installation of the first protected bicycle path in mid Michigan this week.What: Join East Lansing and Michigan State University leaders for the official opening of a new two-way protected bicycle path on Bogue Street. The pilot project is designed to study if pedestrian bicyclist safety is improved in the high-traffic area.Who: Speakers will include:
