EAST LANSING, Mich. — On Friday, Aug. 2, Albert Avenue will be closed to traffic between Grove Street and Abbot Road for the planting of trees on the north side of the roadway.
The closure will begin at approximately 7 a.m. and the westbound lane is slated to re-open by 5 p.m. the same day. Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Vehicles headed westbound on Albert Avenue will be detoured to Grove Street.
The City of East Lansing appreciates the community’s patience during the ongoing construction downtown.
