Members of the ELPD K9 Unit will also be there to visit with young animal lovers again this year as well as members of the ELPD Bike Unit.

The library and parking lot will close at 5 p.m. to prepare for this all-ages community celebration. Parking for the event will be available on side streets and at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road. The event is free and open to all community members.
