EAST LANSING, Mich. — Approximately 100 area children, 100 area police officers and 100 civilian volunteers will participate in Ingham County’s 2017 Shop with a Cop program, taking place Saturday, Dec. 2.This special event provides less affluent children with an opportunity to do their holiday shopping alongside the dedicated officers that serve Ingham County.
