EAST LANSING, Mich. – Coolidge Road, between Saginaw Highway and Grand River Avenue, will be closed beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 25 in order for City of East Lansing crews to complete pavement repairs. It is anticipated that the pavement repairs will be completed and the road re-opened by Friday evening.
During this time, northbound Coolidge Road traffic from eastbound Grand River Avenue will be detoured to Harrison Road, northbound Coolidge Road traffic from westbound Grand River Avenue will be detoured to US-127 and southbound Coolidge Road will be detoured to Harrison Road.
Motorists should use caution when driving through the area and seek an alternate route if possible. Contact the East Lansing Department of Public Works at (517) 337-9459 with questions.
