EAST LANSING, Mich. – The City of East Lansing’s phone system is not working at this time. The phone system includes East Lansing City Hall, 54B District Court, East Lansing Police Department, East Lansing Hannah Community Center, East Lansing Public Library and the Department of Public Works.
