EAST LANSING, Mich. —Community members are invited to celebrate fall at the annual Autumn Fest event during the East Lansing Farmers Market (ELFM) on Sunday, Oct. 16 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Valley Court Park, 280 Valley Court.
This year’s Autumn Fest will feature pony rides, a petting zoo, a fall photo booth, rock painting for the Kindness Rocks rock garden and sweet treats (while supplies last). The East Lansing Public Library’s Library on the Go mobile pop-up library will also be at the event and will host a craft project for attendees.
There will be live music performances by Steve Pickney from 10 a.m.-noon and the Pretty Shaky String Band from noon-2 p.m.

The ELFM is a growers-only market located in an inviting green space steps away from the campus of Michigan State University and downtown East Lansing. Customers can fill their shopping bags with farm-grown Michigan produce and products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, artisan bread, meats, cheese, flowers, honey, maple syrup and much more.
