EAST LANSING, Mich. — The majority of the City of East Lansing’s regularly scheduled, in-person public meetings are currently either being canceled or converted to electronic meetings due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Currently, there are nine electronic meetings and one informational meeting scheduled to take place this week:

Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 4:30 p.m.
- East Lansing Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission
Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m.
- East Lansing Age-Friendly Communities Committee
Thursday, Feb. 18 at 8:30 a.m.
- East Lansing-Meridian Water/Sewer Authority
Thursday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m.
- East Lansing Downtown Development (DDA) Authority Executive & Finance Committee
Thursday, Feb. 18 at 11:30 a.m.
- DDA Project and Infrastructure Committee
Thursday, Feb. 18 at noon
- East Lansing Arts Commission
Thursday, Feb. 18 at 5:30 p.m.
- Evergreen Avenue Project Information*
Thursday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m.
- East Lansing Downtown Management Board Business Relations Committee
Friday, Feb. 19 at 1 p.m.
These meetings will be held electronically pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Act 267 of 1976. The public meeting notices and public hearing notices, which include details on how to view the meetings and participate in public comment during the meetings, may be added to the City’s Electronic Meetings webpage, www.cityofeastlansing.com/electronicmeetings, or amended up to 18 hours prior to the meeting. The webpage will continue to be updated as new, electronic meetings are scheduled and public meeting notices are finalized.
*This meeting is not subject to the Open Meetings Act. A formal public meeting notice and agenda will not be posted; however, all details about the meeting and how to participate in the meeting can be found at www.cityofeastlansing.com/electronicmeetings.
