EAST LANSING, Mich. — The deadline has been extended to 1 p.m. EST on August 4, 2020 for the Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for qualified legal services to represent the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA).
The legal services sought by the DDA and BRA will supplement the services currently provided by East Lansing’s city attorney, primarily on real estate development and transactional matters. Only licensed attorneys or law firms with licensed attorneys that practice law and maintain an office in Michigan will be considered.
Potential respondents are asked to submit all questions prior to July 28, 2020 to acummin@cityofeastlansing.com. Sealed statements of qualifications and proposals will be accepted through 1 p.m. EST on August 4, 2020. Late submissions will not be considered.
