EAST LANSING, Mich. — As part of the ongoing Lake Lansing Road project, lane restrictions will be in place at the Lake Lansing-Harrison intersection and Lake Lansing Road will be closed east of Harrison Road to Abbot Road beginning the morning of Wednesday, June 3.
The closures will accommodate the completion of the remaining scheduled concrete repairs on Lake Lansing Road.
The west leg of the Lake Lansing-Abbot intersection will be closed to all traffic, given the tight proximity of the repairs to the intersection. Local access for Lake Lansing Road will be maintained from the west end of the closure at Harrison Road. All through traffic should follow the posted detour of Harrison Road to Saginaw Street to Abbot Road. The closure is expected to be in place for the remainder of the week and possibly into early next week.
