EAST LANSING, Mich. — Pursuant to Executive Orders 2020-33 and 2020-48 from the Governor of the State of Michigan, a special meeting of the East Lansing City Council will be held electronically on Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. due to the presence of the coronavirus in the community.
The meeting is available to the public for viewing on Channel 22 and online at https://cityofeastlansing.civicweb.net/Portal/ with closed captioning. Individuals may email comments to City Council at council@cityofeastlansing.com prior to the meeting, or, call (312) 626-6799 or (888) 788-0099 (meeting ID: 945-1055-3400) during the meeting to provide comment over the phone. The meeting will be broadcast live, recorded and a video will be posted to https://cityofeastlansing.civicweb.net/Portal/ following the meeting.
The public meeting notice and agenda packet for the meeting will be added to the City’s new Electronic Public Meeting Notices webpage once finalized. The public meeting notice and agenda may be posted and/or amended up to 18 hours prior to the meeting, so community members are advised to recheck the webpage at that time for complete information.
