[ARCHIVED] All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre to Bring “Robin Hood” to the Stage

EAST LANSING, Mich. — All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre (AECT) will bring “Robin Hood” to the East Lansing Hannah Community Center (ELHCC) stage, 819 Abbot Road, Feb. 7-9 and Feb. 14-16.

Friday shows will take place at 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday shows will take place at 3 p.m. More than 60 mid-Michigan youth make up the cast and crew of this latest AECT production.

“The youth involved in this show (both on stage and behind the scenes) are very excited to bring this charming, action-packed children’s classic to life,” said AECT Artistic Director Liz Cooke. “We encourage everyone in the Greater Lansing area to come and enjoy this wonderful production with us.”

Tickets are $7 for children (17 and under) and $10 for adults (18 and above). Community members can purchase tickets ahead of time by visiting the ELHCC Box Office or by calling (517) 333-2580 ext. 0. This latest AECT production is generously sponsored by the East Lansing Arts Commission, the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs, the Arts Council of Greater Lansing and Jackson National Life.

All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre (AECT) offers young people of all backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles the opportunity to produce professional quality plays, study many aspects of the dramatic arts and develop valuable life skills while providing outstanding entertainment to the community. AECT brings four major productions to the Greater Lansing community each year with the help of hundreds of youth from throughout the region.
