EAST LANSING, Mich. — A Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) has been released for the marketing of the City of East Lansing’s 26.83 acres of mostly vacant and unimproved land (unimproved except for two billboards) at the southwest corner of Coleman and West roads.
With voter approval of the sale of the land, the City is now seeking proposals from qualified real estate agents or firms for professional services, advice and technical assistance in the marketing and selling of the City-owned property. The City is seeking expert guidance to best balance the income from the sale of the property with the community’s stated goals for the use of the property, which are best expressed through the City’s Master Plan: https://www.cityofeastlansing.com/DocumentCenter/View/7403/Final-Master-Plan-2018-PDF.
Prospective real estate agents and firms can visit https://cityofeastlansing.com/DocumentCenter/View/9139/RFP--Property-Marketing--Coleman-West-Roads-PDF to view the RFQ/P, including scope of services, proposal content, contact information and more.
