EAST LANSING, Mich. — Community members are advised of two special meetings of the East Lansing City Council scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 19 and a time and location change for City Council’s regular meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

All three of these meetings will take place in the Banquet Room at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road:

• A special discussion-only meeting will take place at 6 p.m. for the purposes of discussing City Council liaison appointments for the City of East Lansing’s boards and commissions.
• A special joint meeting with the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will take place at 7 p.m. for the purposes of discussing the DDA-owned Evergreen Properties (314, 328, 334, 340 and 344 Evergreen Avenue) and Draft Request for Qualifications and Proposals.
• Council’s regular meeting has been moved to 8 p.m. at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center to accommodate the two preceding special meetings. 

All three of these meetings are open to the public and will be livestreamed and available to be played back via the City’s meeting portal: https://cityofeastlansing.civicweb.net/Portal/.
