The public hearings will be held to consider the following: - A Substantial Amendment to the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan Document -A Substantial Amendment to the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan Document Visit www.cityofeastlansing.com/CDBG to view the 2019 Substantial Amendment to the Action Plan document. A five-day public review and comment period will take place prior to Council's public hearing, from 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021 through 5 p.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021.
