The Prime Time Seniors' Program is a nationally accredited program which serves to enrich the lives of community members who are age 55+.

Environmental Stewardship Program
The East Lansing Environmental Stewardship Program focuses on involving the community in the restoration of the City's park biotic communities by removing problematic invasive plant species and replacing them with native species.

Adult Dance Scholarship Form (PDF)
The East Lansing Department of Parks, Recreation and Arts awards up to three scholarships each term (summer, fall, winter/spring) for adult dance or yoga classes.

Youth Scholarship Program Form (PDF)
To financially assist youth from low income families wishing to participate in activities offered by the Parks, Recreation and Arts, we are providing scholarships. Scholarships will be given based on the annual household income guidelines determined by the Federal Government.
