Resources for Businesses During the COVID-19 Pandemic
On March 16, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed Executive Order 2020-9, which temporarily closes theaters, bars and casinos and limits restaurants to carry-out and delivery orders. To help downtown East Lansing businesses during this difficult time, a list of resources has been created to help answer any questions or concerns. 

LEAP to Administer Grants to Small Businesses in the Tri-County Region Impacted by COVID-19
The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP), through a partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), is administering 60 $10,000 working capital grants to Michigan-owned small businesses in the tri-county region, including East Lansing businesses. UPDATE: The application is now available at www.purelansing.com/businessrelief

Downtown East Lansing’s Albert Avenue Garage Now Fully Open to the Public
The new Albert Avenue Garage, located at 188 Albert Ave., is now fully open to the public, with 305 parking spaces available for public use.
