Downtown Development Authority

The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) develops programs and projects which are aimed at improving downtown East Lansing including new business development, business recruitment and retention, downtown beautification, public improvements, marketing and promotion. Members must consist of commissioners that own or manage commercial property in the downtown and one member who lives within the DDA District.

Special Joint Meeting Notice

  • East Lansing City Council will hold a special joint meeting with the East Lansing DDA at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, for the purposes of discussing the DDA-owned Evergreen Properties (314, 328, 334, 340 and 344 Evergreen Avenue) and Draft Request for Qualifications and Proposals.
