The City of East Lansing is required to provide the following reports to the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) in order to remain compliant for funding.
2020 Action Plan
The
PY20 Action Plan (PDF) outlines proposed program activities, which are funded by HUD, for the July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021 grant year. It is important to note that all Action Plan documents are uploaded into the federal government reporting system. As such, this report reflects all template information required by HUD
2019 CAPER and Public Comment Period
At the end of each program year, the City prepares a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), which reports on all of the federally-funded activities occurring in the last 12-month period. The City of East Lansing has completed the
2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program CAPER, covering activities from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The formal 15-calendar day comment period on the CAPER begins on December 14, 2020 and concludes on December 28, 2020. Written comments regarding the CAPER document may be submitted and should be addressed via email to Amy Schlusler-Schmitt at
