Below you will find the Environmental Assessment for the Water Resources and Recovery Facility Improvements Project as well as a notice of a 30-day public comment period. The purpose of the public comment notice is to seek public input and comment on a preliminary decision by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required to implement recommendations discussed in the attached Environmental Assessment of a wastewater project plan.
