  • Visit www.cityofeastlansing.com/elections for online and PDF voter registration, election inspector and absentee voter (AV) ballot applications. Printed AV ballot applications and AV ballots can be mailed (East Lansing City Clerk, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823) or dropped off in the Official Ballot Drop Box in the north parking lot of East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road.
