Online Miscellaneous Bill Payments

Customers who receive miscellaneous bills/invoices from the City of East Lansing, can now make their payments online in one, easy-to-access place!

• To get started, users will need to create a new account to login. 
• To create that account they will need their invoice number, invoice billing date and invoice billing amount. 
• From there, users can set up their own username and password.

Payments are not set up to be recurring, so customers will need to login and pay each time they have an invoice due.
