Election Info
All qualified individuals are encouraged to register to vote and keep their voter registration address up-to-date. If you have a Michigan driver’s license or state ID, you may register to vote or update your information online here. Otherwise, you can complete the paper voter registration application and return it to your local clerk. Please keep in mind, if you wait until the two-week period prior to an election, you must register to vote in person with your local clerk and provide proof of residency.

The East Lansing City Clerk's office will hold extended hours on Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31 from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. to register voters and issue and accept absentee ballots for qualified electors.
