The Finance Department coordinates the annual budget process, works with departmental leadership to prepare the annual budget, facilitates the annual audit and prepares the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. It also acts as the City's purchasing agent, processes biweekly payroll, performs risk management and maintains all liability insurance policies.
