The Hub

At its December 12, 2017 meeting, the East Lansing City Council approved a Site Plan and Special Use Permit application for the properties at the southeast corner of Grand River Avenue and Bogue Street (918 and 1010 E. Grand River Ave.). The existing structures will be demolished and a 10-story (124 feet in height), mixed-use building, including 347 market rate apartments, 12,220 square feet of retail and a parking structure with 158 parking spaces, will be constructed.

The tenants of the existing buildings (Georgio’s Pizza and 7-Eleven) are expected to occupy space in the ground floor retail portion of the new building. 7-Eleven officially opened in February 2020 and Georgio's Pizza has not announced when it will open, but they continue to work on the interior. View the Project Plans.
