Retirement-Related State Filings

In accordance with Public Act 530, summary annual reports of retirement systems must be filed with the Michigan Department of Treasury.*

*The State of Michigan merged reporting requirements under PA530 and PA202 for FY2019. The PA530 report is no longer required, however fundamental data for summary retiree health care reporting can now be found on Form 5572 under the PA202 reporting.

In accordance with Public Act 202, annual OPEB and Pension reports must be filed with the State of Michigan. 

In accordance with Public Act 202, a corrective action plan (CAP) has been filed with and approved by the State of Michigan.
