Ingham County Health Department Urges Patrons of East Lansing Bar to Self-Quarantine, Seek Testing
The Ingham County Health Department is urging patrons who visited Harper's Restaurant & Brewpub June 12-20 to self-quarantine for 14 days from the time of their visit and to seek testing due to a rising number of COVID-19 cases linked to the establishment. Ingham County has also issued an emergency order reducing restaurant capacity to 50 percent or no more than 75 people, whichever is less.

Free, two-hour parking will continue to be offered in downtown East Lansing’s gated parking facilities through the end of June and will transition to a 30-minute grace period in July. Additionally, free parking will be offered on Saturday, July 4.
