MLK Commission Prepares for 2020 Day of Celebration
A record 1,800 people are expected to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the 35th Annual MLK Day of Celebration on Monday, Jan. 20. U.S. Rep. John Lewis was scheduled to speak, but is limiting his travel due to treatment for pancreatic cancer. He is not expected to attend the event.

Census 2020 - Be Counted, East Lansing
In 2020, the U.S. Census Bureau will be conducting its decennial census - a constitutionally mandated headcount of everyone living in the U.S. Anyone residing in East Lansing on April 1, 2020 should be counted in East Lansing.

An RFQ/P has been released for the marketing of the City’s 26.83 acres of mostly vacant land at the southwest corner of Coleman and West roads.

Request for Qualifications/Proposals Released for Evergreen Avenue Properties
The City of East Lansing has released an RFQ/P for the DDA's Evergreen Avenue properties, which are located at 314, 328, 334, 340 and 344 Evergreen Ave.
